Government of Assam, Revenue Registration and Disaster Management Department has issued an order dated 14.07.2024 by which consequent upon the decision taken by the cabinet, the Government of Assam has allowed counting of the services of the respondent herein as commission basis Sub-Registrar with effect from 03.05.1984 to 25.04.2008 as qualifying service for the purpose of pension in personam stated in the said order. 4. It is also submitted that consequently the Inspector General of Registration, Assam has also be requested to submit the proposal for pension.
