Heard Mr. B. Chakravorty, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. D. Bora, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P. Bharadwaj, learned Standing Counsel for the IOC ltd./respondent.
The present application is filed for correction of typographical error which occurred at paragraph 8 of the order dated 15.03.2024 passed in I.A.(C) No. 3483/2023 arising out of W.P.(C)/6839/2022.
The word “PESO” has been wrongly typed as “EESO” in paragraph 8 of the said order dated 15.03.2024.
Accordingly, the said typographical error is corrected and the aforesaid word “EESO” at line no. 2 at paragraph 8 of the order dated 15.03.2024 be read as “PESO”. This order passed today shall form a part of the order dated 15.03.2024 passed in I.A. (C) No. 3483/2023 arising out of W.P.(C)/6839/2022.
