Heard Mr. Lalfakawma, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Ms. Baby Laldinzuali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Zairemsangpuii, CGC for respondent Nos. 1.
By filing the present application under Order 1, Rule 10 r/w Section 151 CPC, 1908, the applicants seek impleadment of Sh. Vilas H. Pawar, Indian Defence Estate Service, Defence Estate officer, Gauhati Circle as respondent No. 5 in Contempt Case (C) No. 10/2023.
Mr. Lalfakawma, learned counsel submits that impleadment is sought in view of the fact that Sh. Vilas H. Pawar is a new incumbent in the post of Defence Estate

Officer at the Gauhati Circle and hence his presence is required in disposing the connected contempt petition.
In view of the above submission, prayer is allowed. Sh. Vilas H. Pawar, Indian Defence Estate Service, Defence Estate Officer, Gauhati Circle being a necessary party is impleaded as respondent No. 5 in the connected Contempt Case (C) No. 10/2023.
Copy of the amended cause title be furnished to the Registry for doing the needful.
