Heard Mr. S. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.S. Roy, learned CGC for the respondents.
The present Interlocutory Application has been filed praying for correction of typographical error that has occurred in the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) 5833/2013.
The applicant contends that in paragraph-5 of the said order dated 22.03.2024 the date of death of the son of the petitioner has been recorded as “18.06.2011” whereas, the same should have been recorded as “18.06.2012”.
The date “18.06.2011” as recorded in paragraph-5 of the order dated 22.03.2024 is admittedly erroneous and accordingly, the same requires to be corrected.
Accordingly, the date “18.06.2011” as recorded in paragraph-5 of the order dated 22.03.2024 in WP(C) 5833/2013 shall now be read as “18.06.2012” for all intent and purpose.
This order would form a part of the order dated 22.03.2024 and both the orders be read together.
With the above observation and direction, the Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
