Heard Ms. P. Ramchiary, learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for correction of a typographical error appearing in the first line of paragraph 4 in the order dated 19.04.2024 passed in the connected WP(C) No. 1206/2022. It is submitted that the date of advertisement was recorded as 12.06.2021 which should have been 12.06.2018.
The records of the writ petition has been examined.
The aforesaid date appears to be erroneously recorded as 12.06.2021 which should be 12.06.2018.
In the interest of justice, the aforesaid order dated 19.04.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 1206/2022 stands corrected with a direction that in the first line of paragraph 4, the date of advertisement should be read as 12.06.2018 instead of 12.06.2021.
This order may be read as a part of the order dated 19.04.2024 by which WP(C) No. 1206/2022 was disposed of.
Accordingly, the Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
