cant.
By order dated 9.7.2024, this Court has allowed the applicant to implead the Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, Government of India as separate and necessary party in Arb. P 1/2024 as respondent No.1.
Accordingly, the petitioner by filing this application seeks leave of this Court for impleadment of Union of India, represented by Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, Government of India as respondent No.1 and the Chief Engineer, PWD, NH Kohima Nagaland having its registered office at M463 G48, PWD as respondent No.2 in the connected Arbitration petition.
Prayer is allowed.
Let the Union of India, represented by its Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, (Zone-NE) Transport Bhavan, 1st Parliament Street, New Delhi 110001 be impleaded as respondent No.1 and the Chief Engineer, PWD, NH Kohima Nagaland having its registered office at M463 G48, PWD as respondent No.2 in the connected Arbitration petition respectively. With the above, the I.A. stands disposed of.
