Heard Mr. G.G. Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant.
By this application, the applicant is praying for correction of the synopsis in Writ Petition No. 1566/2024 on the ground that the designation and office address of the petitioner has been wrongly given in the synopsis. He, therefore, submits that the applicant may be permitted to correct the synopsis by indicating that the applicant is working as Peon-cum-Chowkidar in the office of the Ganak Doloni Gaon Panchayat under Lakhimpur Zilla Parishad instead of working as Tax Collector (Casual Worker) in the office of the Narayanpur Gaon Panchayat under Lakhimpur Zilla Parishad.
After considering the cause shown in the present interlocutory application, the prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the interlocutory application is disposed of.
