Heard Ms. R. Nath, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. J.K. Goswami, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam for the respondents.
By this application, the applicants are praying for impleadment of Samilal Kr. Brahma, Indrajit Hasnu and Debajyoti Bathari, who are serving as Subedars in the Home Guard Organization as party-respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 in WP(C) No.619/2024 on the ground that the aforesaid respondents are necessary parties for adjudication of the said writ petition.
Mr. J.K. Goswami, learned Additional Government Advocate, Assam, has no objections.
This Court has also considered the cause shown in the present application and is satisfied.
Accordingly, the prayer for impleadment is allowed.
IA is, accordingly, disposed of.
