Heard Mr. M. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent.
The case was fixed today for case diary but it is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has already been charge-sheeted vide CS No.25/2024 dated 10.03.2024.
He also submits that WT message is received from the I/O.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is behind the bar since 27.01.2024 and considering his length of detention, he may be enlarged on bail.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and also in view of filing of the charge-sheet, I hereby direct the present petitioner to file appropriate application for bail before the trial Court which may be considered in accordance with law.
With the above observation and direction, the bail application stands disposed of.
