Heard Mr. S. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.
2. Mr. Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of this bail application, police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in Guwahati G.R.P.S. Case No. 105/2024 corresponding to G.R. No.2554/2024, and as such, on instruction of the petitioners Mr. Rahman prays for withdrawal of this bail application stating that the petitioners shall approach the appropriate forum for their bail, to which the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection.
7. Accordingly, this bail application stands dismissed, on withdrawal.
