Heard Mr. M More, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. S H Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.

2. By this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Abhidev Rajkhowa, son of late Parthib Rajkhowa, resident of Dr. Zakir Hussain Road, Dispur, District-Kamrup(Metro) is seeking his pre-

arrest bail in Dispur Police Station Case No. 701/2024 registered under Sections 126(2)/324(3)/115(2)/ 117(2)/304(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 4023/2024.

3. The Court by order dated 25.07.2024 granted interim bail to the petitioner in said Dispur P.S. Case No. 701/2024, which is in force till date.

4. During the deliberation of the matter, Ms. S H Bora, learned APP, Assam has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case have filed Charge-Sheet in said Dispur P.S. Case No. 701/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 588/2024 dated 30.08.2024.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in Dispur P.S. Case No. 701/2024 on or before 14.11.2024 .

6. Till then, i.e., 14.11.2024, the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to him earlier on 25.07.2024 in Dispur P.S. Case No. 701/2024.

7. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
