2. The petitioner was arrested on 05.08.2024 in connection with Khatkhati PS Case No.104/2024, corresponding to G.R. No.200/2024 registered under Sections 21(b)/29 of the NDPS Act.
3. The petitioner earlier on 07.08.2024 filed this bail application seeking bail in said Khatkhati PS Case No.104/2024.
4. On instruction from the petitioner, her counsel Mr. S. Rana is not pressing this petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent have no objection.
5. Prayer is allowed.
6. Accordingly, this bail petition, being not pressed, stands dismissed.
