2) The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order

dated 18.03.2024, the petitioner, namely, Sharma Ramchairy was allowed to go on interim bail by this Court and in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer of Simla P.S. Case No.13/2024, and has co-operated in the investigation.
3) The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Simla P.S. Case No.13/2024 and has submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has also been recorded.
4) In view of the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 18.03.2024, is hereby made absolute.
5) Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
