Case Diary in connection with Anini P.S. Case No. 03/2024, registered under Section 25(1-A) of Arms Act 1959. He has submitted that the petitioner has duly complied with the Section 41A notice issued to him. On perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that there is no necessity at this stage for custodial interrogation of the petitioner herein and accordingly, the interim bail as granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.03.2024 is made absolute in terms thereof.
The conditions as laid out in the order dated 19.03.2024 shall continue to apply in the matter and the petitioner is required to comply with the same.
With the above observation, the present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
