Heard Mr. T. Tayeng, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. B. Taipodia, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1.
By way of filing the present interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for condonation of delay of 162 days in filing the connected MAC.Appeal No. 04(AP)/2022.
The prayer for condonation of delay as involved is not objected to by Mr. B. Taipodia, the learned counsel representing the respondent No.1.
Accordingly, on perusal of the contention made in the application and the delay being found to have been explained in the manner so required and the submission of Mr. B. Taipodia, who has contended that he has no objection in this Court condoning the delay occasioning in filing the connected appeal, the delay of 162 days as occasioned in filing the connect appeal stands condoned and accordingly, the present interlocutory application stands disposed of.
