24.03.2009 passed by the learned Additional District Magistrate(FTC), Karimganj in Misc. Appeal No. 4/2004, fresh show cause notices were issued to the Petitioner on 07.08.2015/24.08.2015. It further appears that the Petitioner also submitted a reply to the said show cause notices. However, the Estate Officer of the Railways had not passed any order taking into account the pendency of the writ petition.
