Mr. Rana Zaman, who has appeared in person, has submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition.
Mr. K. Gogoi, learned CGC for the respondent no. 1 and Mr. C. Baruah, learned Standing Counsel, National Highways Authority of India for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 have submitted that the issue raised in the writ petition has already been decided in an earlier writ petition, W.P.[C] no. 6266/2021. Be that as it may, they have no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner-inperson for withdrawal of the writ petition.
In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
