Heard Mr. J. Sarmah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.R. Baruah, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam for all the respondents.
Learned counsel for the parties are heard at some length. The Court has also perused the contents of the order dated 22.12.2016 and the observations made therein as regards filing of the writ petitions, W.P.[C] no. 2210/2015 & W.P.[C] no. 2268/2016 as well as filing of the application being Case no. 1F[SR]/2016 before the Board of Revenue, Assam.
Mr. Sarmah, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought leave of the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition.
Mr. Baruah, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam has expressed no objection if the writ petition is withdrawn.
In view of the above submission made by Mr. Sarmah, learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
