Heard Ms. M. Hazarika, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners assisted by Ms. S. Newar, learned counsel, who is aggrieved by an order dated 04.02.2023 by which an earlier order of suspension of license dated 05.11.2022 has been revoked by the Deputy Commissioner, Darrang, Mongaldoi. Also heard Ms. M. Barman, learned State Counsel and Shri R. Goswami, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. M. D. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, Cooperation Department.
On the issue of locus, there was some deliberation.
The learned Senior Counsel however, has prayed for to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file complaint before the appropriate authority regarding the hardships faced by them.
Writ petition accordingly closed on withdrawal with liberty as prayed for.
