serve a notice to the Bank so that the views of the Bank can be taken.
Today, Shri K. K. Nandi has appeared for the State Bank of India and has

submitted that an Original Application No. 78/2021 is already pending in the DRT Guwahati in which the petitioner is contesting.
At this stage, Shri S. N. Krishnatraya, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a permission to withdraw this writ petition.
Writ petition accordingly stands dismissed on withdrawal.
