Heard Mr. B. Picha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Tapin, learned Senior Govt. Advocate for the State respondents.

This writ petition is directed against the letter dated 16.12.2022, written to Smti Ropi Kena Bagra, proprietor of M/s NRK Agency, West Siang District, Aalo, vide No.AD/W/B-9/2022-23/2354-356, whereby it has been communicated to the proprietor of M/s NRK Agency, West Siang District, Aalo that the technical bid submitted by M/s NRK Agency, West Siang District, Aalo, has not been opened for non-compliance of Clause-13.1(a) of the terms & conditions, pursuant to the Notice

for Inviting Tender, dated 03.12.2022, issued by the Executive Engineer, Aalo Division, PWD, Arunachal Pradesh, Aalo, vide Memo. No.AD/W/B-9/BLDG/2022-23/2186-195, for the work “ Infrastructure Development for Kodum Circle HQ i/c c/o staff quarters and boundary wall at West Siang District”.

Mr. Tapin, learend Senior Govt. Advocate, on instruction has submitted that the bid submitted pursuant to the NIT dated 03.12.2022 was opened on 13.12.2022 and the work order has also been issued.

In view of the submission made as above by Mr. Tapin, learned Senior Govt. Advocate; Mr. Picha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be closed, on furnishing a copy of the work order issued by the respondent authorities, pursuant to the NIT dated 03.12.2022.

Submission made by Mr. Picha, learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted and accordingly, the Executive Engineer, Aalo Division, PWD, Arunachal Pradesh, Aalo is hereby directed to furnish a copy of the work order issued, pursuant to the NIT dated 03.12.2022 to the petitioner, within a period of 1(one) week from today.

The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction.
