Here, in this case, Mr. S.P. Roy, the learned counsel for the appellants informed this Court on 30.08.2023 that he had already withdrawn the Vakalatnama after serving notice upon the appellants. Therefore, the Registry was directed to issue notices to the appellants. The office note dated 16.11.2023 shows that all the notices are returned because of insufficient addresses.
I have heard Mr. R.J. Das, learned counsel representing the respondent nos.1 to 5.
It appears that no fruitful purpose would be served by proceeding further in this case. The appellants seem to be not interested in prosecuting this appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
