Heard the learned senior counsel Mr. D. Mazumdar assisted by Mr. P. Borah, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
Since the connected Regular Second Appeal has been admitted for hearing, the judgment and decree dated 21.01.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Dibrugarh in Title Appeal No.03/2022 upholding the judgment and decree dated 07.02.2022 passed by the leaned Munsiff No.3, Dibrugarh in Title Suit No.98/2012 shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.
The Interlocutory Application is disposed of.
