The Insurance Company is represented by its officials. The claimants are

The case is settled at Rs. 11,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs) only as full and final settlement.

Out of the aforesaid amount Rs. 6,00,000/- has already been paid. Now, the Insurance Company is to pay Rs. 5, 00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs) only.

The Insurance Company shall deposit the amount in the Office of the Commissioner for Employees’ Compensation, Cachar at Silchar, within next 45(forty-five) days.

The amount shall be given in favour of Mrs. Bimala Begum Laskar, Claimant No. 1.

The LCR shall be returned immediately.

¶38

The claimants shall have the liberty to withdraw the amount on being proper identified by the concerned counsel of the case.
