The Insurance Company is represented by its officials. The claimants are represented by the learned counsel(s).
The case is settled at Rs. 17, 00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs) only as

full and final settlement.
The Insurance Company shall deposit the said amount in the Registry of this Court within next 45(forty-five) days.
The settled amount shall be disbursed in favour of Smt. Rehima Begum. The statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- shall be returned to the Insurance Company.
The claimants shall have the liberty to withdraw the amount on being proper identified by the concerned counsel of the case.
The matter stands disposed of.
