Heard Mr. T. Son, learned counsel for the applicant.
This is an application praying for impleadment of one Shri Hage Richo, F/o the deceased who is one of the informant in Ziro P.S. Case No. 06/2014. The connected revision petition is filed challenging an order of the learned District and Sessions Judge, West Sessions Judge, Yupia, whereby the claim of the petitioner to be juvenile was rejected.
Though, the present application is filed for impleadment of one Shri Hage Richo as respondent No. 4 being the informant of Ziro P.S. Case No. 06/2014. However, this Court under its order, dated 03.11.2021 passed in the connected Criminal Revision Petition No. 03 (AP) 2019 has directed to implead the said person as respondent No. 4 and accordingly, notice was issued. However, the same has not been incorporated in the revision petition.
Registry is accordingly directed to incorporate the name of Shri Hage Richo as respondent No. 4 in terms of the order, dated 03.11.2021 and the applicant is directed to take steps for issuance of notice upon the said respondent.
In the aforesaid premises, this I.A. stands disposed of.
