Heard Mr. I. H Laskar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR lodged in connection with Itanagar P.S. Case No. 0281/2022, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition.

Prayer is allowed.

¶22

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.

¶23

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to assail the FIR afresh but this Court is not inclined to grant such liberty. However, it is provided that if the petitioner is aggrieved with any ChargeSheet or any other action, he may approach this Court as permitted under the appropriate provisions of law.
