The present interlocutory application being IA(C)/182(AP)2023 has been filed for early hearing for the present bunch of writ petitions.

It is seen from the record that the matter was heard at length and was also reserved for judgment. However, as the learned Judge, who was taking the matter was transferred, the matter was released. The matter relates to selection and appointment of the Members of Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission. The learned Advocate General has expressed serious urgency in the matter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that he has no objection if the matter is heard on an early date.
