Heard Mr. I Rafique, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. V. Zhimomi, learned State counsel for respondent no. 2.
By filing this application, the applicant prays for correction of the order dated 04.08.2023 passed in criminal petition No. 18 of 2023 whereby the date of non-bailable warrant of arrest is wrongly mentioned as 02.04.2023 instead of 24.07.2023.
On the perusal of the order dated 04.08.2023, in the second last para it is in fact inadvertently mentioned as 02.04.2023 instead of 24.07.2023.
In view of the above, the date of non-bailable warrant of arrest be read as 24.07.2023 instead of 02.04.2023. Accordingly, date of non-bailable warrant of arrest stands corrected as 24.07.2023 instead of 02.04.2023 in the order dated 04.08.2023.
The I.A. accordingly stands disposed of.
