Heard Ms. Vikhono Kiso, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. K. Angami, learned State counsel for respondent No. 1.
Mr. E. Thiba Phom, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4, by placing the order dated 18.08.2023 passed by the Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Nagaland, Kohima submits that the respondent authorities have complied with the order of this Court dated 24.03.2023 passed in WP(C)/115/2019.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted that the authorities have duly complied with the order of this Court as referred to above.
In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
