03.12.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.3285/2020 has been duly complied
with and the amount due and payable to the petitioner has also been

released. In support of his above stand, Mr. Nath has produced a copy of the communication dated 30.01.2023 enclosing a copy of the statement showing payment of arrear dues for a sum of Rs.39,444/- in favour of the petitioner. After perusing the said document this Court is convinced that the order of this Court has been duly complied with. Therefore, by retaining a copy of the communication dated 30.01.2023 with the record of this case, this Contempt Case stands closed.
If the petitioner remains dissatisfied with the action taken by the respondent for any reason, it will be open for him to file a fresh writ petition.
