Mr. Chistie has place on record a copy of the order bearing No. E-350171/2023/6 dated 04.12.2023, passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, Kahilipara, Guwahati, in pursuance to the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 30.06.2023, in WP(C) 3893/2023.
I have perused the order dated 04.12.2023 and of the view that the directions passed by this Court have been substantially complied with and there is no willful and deliberate violation of the Court’s order.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid order dated 04.12.2023, the present contempt proceedings stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to assail the order dated 04.12.2023 before appropriate forum.
The copy of the order dated 04.12.2023 is kept on record and marked as “X”.
