Heard Mr. S. Banik, learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that in pursuance to filing of the present contempt petition alleging violation of the order dated 2012.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.6772/2022, the authorities have passed an order dated 23.09.2023.
Mr. S. Banik, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that the petitioners do not intend to further press the contempt petition and the same be closed with liberty to the petitioners to assail the order dated 23.09.2023 before the appropriate forum.
In view of the submission made by Mr. Banik, on instructions from the petitioners, the contempt petition stands closed with the liberty as prayed for.
