Heard Mr.M.R.Khandakar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
By this contempt petition, petitioner is alleging non-compliance of the order dated 14.03.2022, passed by this Court in WP(C)/1783/2022.
Mr.A.Phukan, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education has produced an order dated 8th September, 2022, issued by the Director of Elementary Education Department.
On perusal of the same, it appears that the respondents have complied with the directions passed by this Court.
Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
