Heard Mr. U. K. Nair, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. U. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. D. P. Borah, learned Standing counsel, Health and Family Welfare Department for the opposite party Nos. 1 to 4. Also heard Mr. R. Dhar, learned Standing counsel, WPT & BC for the opposite party Nos. 5.

The applicants herein are the petitioner Nos. 1 & 5 of the connected WP(C) WP(C) No. 1793/2023.

By these applications, both the applicants have submitted that they are no longer interested to peruse the said WP(C) No. 1793/2023, which is presently pending for adjudication and therefore, prayed for striking off their names as petitioners for said WP(C) No. 1793/2023 to which the opposite parties have no objections.

As such, the names of the present applicants, i.e., the petitioner Nos. 1 & 5 of the connected WP(C) No. 1793/2023 be struck off from the cause title of the said writ petition.

Accordingly, both the interlocutory applications stand allowed.
