By engaging a different set of counsels, namely, Mr. Y. S. Mannan, Mr. S. M. Abdullah P and Mr. Julfikar Ali, the writ petitioner Nos. 4 to 9 of the connected WP(C) No. 1990/2022 have filed this interlocutory application praying to strike off their names from the cause title of said WP(C) No. 1990/2022 as they are not willing to proceed further with the said writ petition.
Mr. A. Hussain, learned counsel for the writ petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 of said WP(C) No. 1990/2022 admitted the fact that the writ petitioner Nos. 4 to 9 of said WP(C) No. 1990/2022 had withdrawn their files from him and presently, he is representing those three writ petitioners only.
The learned counsels for the opposite parties have no such objection in striking off the names of the writ petitioner Nos. 4 to 9 from the cause title of said WP(C) No. 1990/2022.
After hearing the learned counsels for the parties including Mr. J. Ali, learned counsel for the writ petitioner Nos. 4 to 9 of said WP(C) No. 1990/2022, the prayers of the writ petitioner Nos. 4 to 9 are accepted.
Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed.
