Heard Mr. A.H.M.R. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant.
This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to implead the OP as respondent No.2 in
the connected Contempt Case.
Mr. Choudhury submits that a proposal has been sent to the Finance

Department as per the order of this Court but no action has been taken in the matter by the Principal Secretary of the Finance Department. Hence, this I.A. Ms. N. Bordoloi, learned counsel is present on behalf of the sole respondent.
In view of the ground on which the impleadment is sought, the prayer made in the I.A. stands allowed.
The Opposite Party is hereby impleaded as respondent No.2 in the connected Contempt Case.
Registry to make necessary endorsement in the cause title and list the matter thereafter for necessary orders.
