Heard Mrs. Dinari T. Azyu, learned counsel for the petitioners along with Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1-3.
Mrs. Dinari T. Azyu, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the contempt petition since they have filed their representation in terms of the Judgment & Order dated. 01.11.2018 in W.P.(C) No. 130/2018 and it appears that steps are being taken by the respondents in the matter.
In view of the above submission, the contempt petition is allowed to be withdrawn and closed accordingly.
