Heard Mr. H. Bhuyan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. P. Mahanta, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent.
This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of 6 days of delay in preferring the Civil Revision Petition.
After hearing both sides, this Court is of the opinion that the delay should be condoned.
Accordingly, the delay stands condoned.
The connected Civil Revision Petition shall be registered and listed for hearing in the next week.
The I.A. stands disposed of.
