Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and having perused the order dated 24.05.2023, the Interlocutory Application is allowed. Consequently, it is hereby directed that the date “24.04.2005”, as appearing in the fifth paragraph of the order dated 24.05.2023, passed in WA 167/2023, stands corrected and the same shall be read as “25.04.2005” instead of “24.04.2005”.
