Heard Shri HK Das, learned counsel for the petitioner / applicant, who has filed this application for impleadment of three new incumbents in the connected WP(C)/7289/2022. It is submitted that the subject matter of the writ petition is with regard to placement of the petitioner in Civil List of Officers in the rank of Senior Grade-II.

Shri Das, learned counsel submits that for a complete and fair adjudication the presence of these three incumbents, who are sought to be impleaded may be necessary.

Shri R. Dhar, learned State Counsel does not object to the said prayer.

After considering the submission and also the fact that the orders which may be passed in this writ petition may affect the rights of these incumbents, who are sought to be impleaded, the application stands allowed by impleading the following incumbent:
