Heard Shri B. Malakar, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for impleadment of the Official Liquidator who has been appointed after the Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. has gone on liquidation. The writ petition was initially filed against an order of removal of the petitioner from service by the erstwhile Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. which is now under the control of the liquidator.

Also heard Shri N. Kalita, learned counsel appearing on instruction of Shri A. Kalita, learned Standing Counsel, Industries and Commerce Department whereas Shri A. R. Tahbildar, learned counsel has appeared on instruction of Ms. R. Devi, learned CGC.

After hearing, this Court is of the opinion that the impleadment can be allowed in

the interest of justice.

Accordingly, Sri Kuldeep Verma, the Liquidator of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. 3 Jagabandu Modak Road, 4^th Floor, Sovabazaar, Kolkata-5, Present address:- 46 B. B. Ganguly Street, Unit 501, Kolkata-700012 is impleaded as respondent No. 6 in WP(C) No. 803/2013.
