Heard Shri D. Mahanta, learned counsel for the applicant, who by means of this application has sought for impleadment as respondent no. 11 in the connected WP(C)/5776/2019. It is submitted that the claim of the petitioner is that he is the Headmaster of Dakhin Ahom Gaon Janajati Balika LP School which according to the applicant is incorrect as he is presently holding the post of Headmaster of the said School.
Also heard Shri S. Zaman, learned counsel for the opposite party / writ petitioner. After hearing the parties, the instant IA is allowed and Md. Abdul Rafique, Son of Md. Aminuddin, Janajati Balika LP School, Village- Ahom Gaon, PO-Sunaigaon, DistNagaon is impleaded as the respondent no. 11 in the connected writ petition.
The IA accordingly stands allowed.
