Heard Mr. A. Ganguly, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.
By this application under Section 439 CrPC the petitioner, namely, Samar Paul is seeking bail in Tezpur P.S. Case No.436/2023 registered under Section 120(B)/376 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 1200/2023, wherein, he was arrested on 12.05.2023

and since then, he is in custody.
During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submitted that police after investigation of said Tezpur P.S. Case No.436/2023 has already submitted the charge-sheet on 31.05.2023 vide charge-sheet No.498/2023.
In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Tezpur P.S. Case No.436/2023, noted above.
With the above observation and direction, this bail application of the petitioner, stands disposed of.
