Heard Mr. G. Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State.
By this application under Section 439 CrPC the petitioner, namely, Abdul Kuddus Ali @ Abdul Ali is seeking bail in Boginodi P.S. Case No.31/2023 registered under Section 376 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 420/2023, wherein, he was arrested

on 05.05.2023 and since then, he is in custody.
During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submitted that police after investigation of said Boginodi P.S. Case No.31/2023 has already submitted the charge-sheet on 20.05.2023 vide chargesheet No.27/2023.
In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Boginodi P.S. Case No.31/2023, noted above.
With the above observation and direction, this bail application of the petitioner, stands disposed of.
