It is submitted by Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Addl. P.P., that charge-sheet has been submitted in the case vide C.S. No.19/2023, dated 28.02.2023 in

In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 10(Ten) days and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The interim order, dated 03.03.2023 will continue for the next 10 days from the date of this order or till the petitioner’s appearance before the learned Court below, whichever is earlier.
This disposes of the anticipatory bail application.
