In view of the above, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the learned Court below within 10(Ten) days and seek regular bail, if so advised. If such bail application is filed, the same shall be disposed off in accordance with law.
The interim order, dated 22.02.2023 granted to the petitioner will continue till the aforesaid period of 10 days.
This disposes off the anticipatory bail application.
