Heard Mr. J. Jini, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. L. Hage, learned Additional P.P. for the State.
On 01.05.2023, this Court has called for the instruction. The learned Additional P.P. produced the Status Report, wherein, the I/O has stated that no criminal case has been made out by the informant and the case seems to be civil in nature.
In view of such statement in the Status Report submitted by the I/O, Mr. Jini, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this anticipatory bail application.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of on withdrawal.
