As directed by this Court on 27.04.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after prearrest bail granted by this Court, the accused applicant has appeared before the I.O. and recorded his statement.
On perusal of the Case Diary, this Court deem it appropriate to allow the petitioner/applicant to go on pre-arrest bail on following conditions;
Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted on 27.04.2023 is made absolute.
