Pursuant to the order dated 01.06.2023 granting interim bail, the petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer and has got his statement recorded.

Ms. Das, learned Addl. P.P. submits that the petitioner has confessed before the Investigating Officer about the guilt.

I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties.

Since the petitioner has co-operated with the investigation, he does not deserves to be detained in custody. Accordingly, the bail prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 01.06.2023, granting interim bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute with the same terms and conditions.

The bail application stands disposed of.
